At Infinite Hue, each item is created especially for you. Because we partner with print-on-demand production services, every product is made only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted if:
The wrong size or color was ordered
You changed your mind after purchasing
The product was ordered by mistake
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
While our production partners follow strict quality control processes, occasional issues may occur during production or shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or mislabeled, we will gladly help resolve the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email info@infinitehue.art.
Provide a clear description of the issue
Include clear photos showing the problem
Once we receive the information, we will review the issue and work with our production partner to provide a free replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
No Return Required
In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged product. We will evaluate the issue based on the photos and description provided.
